1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for internal analytics and reporting.

The information we collect includes:

  • Log and Usage Data. Service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include IP address, device information, browser type and settings, activity in the Services (date/time stamps, pages/files viewed, searches, features used), device event information (system activity, error reports or "crash dumps"), and hardware settings.

Depending on the device, this may include IP address (or proxy), device and application IDs, location, browser type, hardware model, ISP and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and configuration.

Google API
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information collected from other sources
In Short: We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, and other outside sources.
To enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and services and update our records, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, and other third parties. This information includes mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (user behavior data), IP addresses, social media profiles and URLs, and custom profiles, for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

  • To deliver and facilitate services to the user.

  • To respond to user inquiries/offer support.

  • To send administrative information (product and service details, changes to terms and policies, and similar information).

  • Legal Obligations. For compliance with legal obligations (e.g., cooperate with law enforcement or regulators, exercise or defend legal rights, or disclose information as evidence in litigation).

  • Vital Interests. To protect your vital interests or those of a third party (e.g., potential threats to safety).

In legal terms, we are generally the data controller under European data protection laws for the personal information described in this Privacy Notice, since we determine the means and/or purposes of processing. This Privacy Notice does not apply to personal information we process as a data processor on behalf of our customers. In those cases, the customer is the data controller and we process information on their behalf in accordance with their instructions.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations and/or with the following categories of third parties.

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third parties who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information. We have contracts designed to safeguard your personal information; they cannot use your personal information unless instructed by us, nor share it with any organization other than us, and they must protect and retain it only as instructed.

6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.

Use of AI Technologies
We provide AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Anthropic, Google Cloud AI, Mistral AI, and OpenAI. Your input, output, and personal information may be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable use of our AI Products for purposes outlined in WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? You must not use the AI Products in ways that violate the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.

Our AI Products may support:

  • AI applications

  • AI automation

  • AI insights

  • Image analysis

  • Text analysis

  • Natural language processing

  • Machine learning models

All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties.

7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in the European Union. Regardless of your location, your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us and by third parties with whom we share personal information (see Section 4), including in the United States, United Kingdom, and other countries.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country. We will take necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs):
We use SCCs for transfers of personal information between our group companies and between us and third-party providers. These require recipients to protect personal information originating from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protection laws. Our SCCs can be provided upon request. Similar safeguards are implemented with our third-party providers and partners; details available upon request.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out here, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (e.g., tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose requires retention longer than the period in which users have an account with us.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it; if not possible (e.g., backups), we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through organizational and technical security measures.

We implement appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security of personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. Access the Services within a secure environment.

10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18, nor knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or are the parent/guardian of a minor who uses the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. 11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: In some regions (EEA, UK, Switzerland), you have rights that allow greater access to and control over your personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • request access and obtain a copy of your personal information,

  • request rectification or erasure,

  • restrict processing,

  • data portability (if applicable),

  • not be subject to automated decision-making,

  • object to processing in certain circumstances.

Submit requests using the contact details in HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE? We will act on requests in accordance with applicable laws.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we process your personal information unlawfully, you can complain to your Member State data protection authority or the UK data protection authority. If in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent: If we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time via the contact details below. This does not affect processing prior to withdrawal or processing based on other lawful grounds.

Opting out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing at any time by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to SMS messages we send, or by contacting us. We may still send non-marketing communications (e.g., service, account, or transactional notices).

Account Information
To review or change your account information or terminate your account, you can:

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from active databases. We may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, assist investigations, enforce legal terms, and/or comply with legal requirements.

Cookies and similar technologies: Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can typically remove or reject cookies via browser settings. Doing so may affect certain features or services. See our Cookie Policy.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems/applications include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting. No uniform standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT signals or similar mechanisms. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised Privacy Notice.

13. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice or by sending a notification. Review this Privacy Notice frequently to stay informed.

You may also have the right to withdraw consent. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by law. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please submit a data subject access request.
