What happens next

We acknowledge your request and respond within one month. If it is complex we may take up to two further months, and we will tell you why within the first month.
Requests are free.
We may ask for information to confirm who you are, but only what is reasonably necessary.
If your data reached us through a company that uses our platform, that company decides your request, not us. We forward it to them without undue delay and help them act on it, and we tell you when we have done so.
You can complain to your local data protection supervisory authority at any time.
